ORDER TURN AROUND TIME:

All of our items are made to order with love. Orders will ship out within 10-14 days after purchase excluding weekends and holidays. Presale items will ship 14-21 days after Presale closing date. Processing time is the time it takes from when you place the order to when your order is shipped out of our facility. It does not include shipping time. While we aim to be speedy, during busy times it might take a tad longer.


SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME:

Items under 14 oz can ship USPS First Class (3-5 business days) or USPS Priority (2-3 business days) both excluding weekends and holidays. Items over 14 oz will ship via UPS Ground (3-7 business days).

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER:

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it since we start processing orders away. In rare cases where it hasn't been produced yet, cancellation may be possible, but there will be a $10 restocking fee.

 

RETURN POLICY:

Because all of our items are made to order and custom, there are no returns or exchanges on our items. We cannot accept an exchange and/or return if you ordered the wrong size or have a timeline that conflicts with our processing time.  

If there's a mistake on our end, we're here to make it right! Just shoot us an email with a picture of the issue within 10 days of receiving your item. We'll happily remake it for you. Normal wear and tear isn't covered in this offer.

 

MY ORDER HAS A BRAND SUBSTITUTION:

Please bear with us as we navigate nationwide supply chain challenges. Sometimes, due to high demand, we may need to substitute your preferred brand with a comparable one. We'll keep you posted on any order issues, but please understand that we don't offer exchanges or refunds for brand substitutions. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Substitute brands include Comfort Wash, Jerzees, Hanes & Gildan for most items.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER OR LOST IN THE MAIL OR SAYS 'DELIVERED' BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?

If your order is Returned to Sender, no worries! We'll gladly ship it back to you. Keep an eye out for an email from us to confirm your address or make any updates.
Belle Lane Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Once your item is shipped, we have the same tracking info as you. If it's marked as 'delivered,' give it 24 hours as postal services sometimes scan early. Check with neighbors and your local post office too! We're a small company doing our best to keep you happy, but unfortunately, delivery isn't something we can control entirely.
